Autodial using WhatsApp from Calley iOS App
Introduction
WhatsApp Autodialing in Calley is designed to help you make WhatsApp calls automatically from a calling list using the Calley iOS app.
When WhatsApp is set as the default dialer on iOS, Calley picks numbers one by one from your call list and triggers each call via WhatsApp. This allows you to run WhatsApp calling campaigns efficiently without manually dialling each number.
How Setup WhatsApp as the Default Dialer?
To use WhatsApp for autodialing, you must first set it as the default dialer on your iPhone:
- Open iPhone Settings. Search for Default Dialer

- Set WhatsApp as the default dialer

Once set, all calls initiated from Calley will be automatically routed through WhatsApp.
Step-by-Step process to make WhatsApp Autodialing
If you do not have the app installed, you will need to
download the app on your mobile phone.
- As you install the Calley iOS App, it will ask for permission to send notifications. Please allow the notifications to receive scheduled call reminders.

- Now you can log in to the app with the username and password you used to create an account on the web panel.

- As you log in, you will be directed to the Getting Started page, which provides information about setting up the Calley Web Panel. Click on Start Calling Now.

- As you are on the dashboard and believe you have already uploaded your calling list in the web panel, you can now start calling. /pause/ Click on the blue Button.

- Click on Continue.

- You can see the lists you have uploaded. Click on the list you want to auto-dial.

- As the list is loaded successfully, on your iOS phone, you can now start AutoDialing by clicking on Start Calling Now Button.

- Calley offers different calling modes when making calls from an iPhone. Standard Mode, Uninterrupted Mode, WhatsApp Mode. To start autodial using WhatsApp, select Standard Mode.

- As the call is triggered, you can see the details of the number being called. At this screen, you can take 3 actions: You can cancel the Call from being dialled, you can skip this number and go to the next number in the list or if you want, you can load another list.

The Respective Phone Number is called through WhatsApp
- Once the call is finished, the app will prompt you to a Post Call Feedback page, which gives you the following options

- Feedback - Here you can select for Call Dispositions
- SMS Template - You can choose SMS Template in case you wish to leave a SMS / WhatsApp message at the end of the call (This feature is not available in Calley Personal)
- Email Template - You can choose email template in case you wish to send an email to the lead at the end of the call. (This feature is not available in Calley Personal)
- Reschedule Your Call - You can set up a schedule for calling the lead again, and the app will remind you of the same.
- Call Notes - You can put notes for the call done for future reference.
- Once filled, you have 3 options at the bottom of the Post Call Feedback screen.

- Call Again - It will redial the same number for you.
- Mark as DND - It will mark the number as DND in your panel, and the same will be filtered from future calls.
- Next Call - It will save the notes you have filled and dial the next call for you.
- Calley will dial the next number in the list. In case you want to pause autodialing, you can click on Cancel, and the list will be paused. You can see the dashboard for the Calls done, Pending calls and Scheduled Calls.
