Default Agent Limit in Calley Teams
The Basic Calley Teams Plan includes 5 agents. If you need more agents to handle larger call volumes, you can purchase additional slots using the Buy More Agents option.
How to Buy More Agents
Simple Steps:
Sign in to the Calley Teams Admin Panel.
Click on "Team" and then select "Agents".
Find and click the "Buy More Agents" button.
Scroll down and choose how many agents you want to add.
Click "Submit", complete the payment, and you're done.
Select the Payment Method and Pay.
Once payment is done, You will get Payment Successful Page.
After payment, the new agent slots are added automatically. Your team can start auto-dialing right away!
