How to make a Call from Browser in Calley?

This guide explains how to make calls directly from your browser using Calley. This feature is available for users with Calley Personal, Pro, and Teams subscriptions. Note that in Calley Teams, only Team Agents can access this feature.

For demonstration purposes, we will use the Calley Personal panel in this guide.

  1.  Log in to the Web Panel.
    Access the Calley Web Panel at https://app.getcalley.com using your registered email and password.


  2. After logging in, you will be redirected to the Calley dashboard.

          

  3. Hover over the Call List tab in the top navigation bar and click on Manage Existing Lists.



  4. Click on List Name to open the List Details.


  5. Now you can view the numbers in the list. Click the dialer button next to the number you wish to call. Ensure you are logged in to the Calley mobile app with the same credentials.


  6. A call has been initiated on your mobile device. Click on OK



  7. Once done with the Call, Update the Status of the Call here. As you are on the Calley Personal you can only update the Call Notes and able to reschedule the Call for the future. There are four buttons available
    Blue - Redial 
    Red - Mark as DND
    Orange - Save and Pause
    Green - Next Number
     


  8. For Save and Pause Click on Orange Button.


  9. Click on Ok



  10. Now you can see the reporting of the number you called.
