This guide will walk you through how to manage and call multiple numbers for the same lead using the Calley Pro and Calley Teams panel. There are two primary methods to achieve this: Calling from the Browser and Calling from the Mobile App. Additionally, we’ll cover how Teams Admins and Agents work together in handling these calls.
For this guide, we are using the Calley Teams Subscription as a reference. In Calley Teams, the importing of data is handled through the Team Admin Panel, while the calls are made exclusively through the Team Agent Panel.
In contrast, with Calley Pro, both importing data and making calls can be managed from the same panel, making it more streamlined for individual users or smaller teams.
Importing Multiple Numbers for the Same Lead
To ensure that you can call all the numbers associated with a single lead, follow these steps:
Importing Multiple Numbers in Calley Pro
Login to Web Panel.
As you Login, you are redirected to dashboard
To Import the Leads Go to Call List and Click on Power Import.
Enter the List Name and Upload CSV file, if its Teams then Select the agents you want to assign the Leads. Click on Upload File.
Click on OK.
Map the fields. First Name , Phone and Notes. Map the Other numbers of Same Lead with the Fields available like Other Phone1, Other Phone2 etc.
Click on Import Data button.
List Created Successfully. Click on OK.
Making Calls to Multiple Numbers for the Same Lead
Once your list is uploaded, you can call all the numbers associated with a lead using two methods: Calling from Browser and Calling from Mobile App.
Calling Multiple Numbers from the Browser
- Login to Agent Panel for making calls, if you are in Calley teams Plan. Go to the Call List > View Existing Lists section.
- Click on the List Name you want to Make a Call.
- There is dialer icon Infront of each Lead, click on dialer icon to make call.
- Call triggered on respective number you made call from Calley Mobile App. Before make call make sure that you are Logged in to Calley Mobile App with same credentials.
- Once done with call the update the Feedback and Click on Next Call button.
- There is other numbers of same Lead If Call not connected then you can choose another number from the same lead and call again. Click on number you want to Call. else Click on Skip and Go to Next Lead button to go with next number of the Call List.
- Once the Call completed, Update the Feedback and Click on Save and Pause Button to Pause Calling.
- Now You can see the Reporting of the Calls you Made but here only latest updated feedback will be updated. To check the detailed history of the Number click on History button.
- This is the History of number.
This method is useful for agents working directly from their desktops or laptops and is integrated seamlessly with your calling system.
Calling Multiple Numbers from the Mobile App
If you do not have the app installed you will need to
download the app on your mobile phone.
- Once downloaded you can login to the app with the username and password that you used to create an account on the web panel.
- As you download the Calley Android App, once you log in, the app will prompt you for the required permissions to work correctly. Click on Proceed.
- As you come to the next step this is where you need to allow the permissions. Please Allow all permissions by clicking on the respective button. All permissions are mandatory for the Calley App to function on your Android Phone.
- Permission 1 - Allow Calley to access your phone call logs.
- Permission 2 - Allow Calley to make and manage the phone calls.
- Permission 3 - Allow Calley to show a Pop Over other apps. It will take you to the settings section in your Android phone where you can Allow popover permission for the Calley App.
- Once all the permissions are approved click on Getting started now.
- Once the permissions are done you are brought to the getting started page that tells about how you can set up Calley Web Panel. Click on Start Calling Now.
- Click on Continue.
- You can see the lists you have uploaded, Click on the list You want to auto dial.
- As the list is loaded successfully, on your Android phone, you can now start AutoDialing by clicking on Start Calling Now Button.
- Calley offers you different calling modes to choose from when making calls from an android mobile phone. Standard Mode, Uninterrupted Mode, App Mode, WhatsApp Mode. For a guide I am selecting Standard Mode.
- As the call is triggered you can see the details of the number being called. At this screen you can take 3 actions, You can Cancel the Call from being dialed, You can skip this number and go to the next number in the list or if you want you can load another list.
- The Respective Phone Number is called from the Mobile Sim Card.
- Once the call is finished the app will prompt you a Post Call Feedback page which gives you following options . Update the Feedback and Click on Next Call button.
> Feedback - Here you can select for Call Dispositions
>SMS Template - You can choose SMS Template in case you wish to leave a SMS / WhatsApp message at the end of the call
>Email Template - You can choose email template in case you wish to send an email to the lead at the end of the call.
>Reschedule Your Call - You can setup a schedule for calling the lead again, the app will remind you of the same.
>Call Notes - You can put notes for the call done for future reference.
Once filled you have 3 options at the bottom of Post Call Feedback screen.
> Call Again - It will redial the same number for you.
> Mark as DND - It will mark the number as DND in your panel and the same will be filtered from future calls.
> Next Call - It will save the notes you have filled and dial the next call for you.
- If there is Multiple numbers of same Lead in Call List, there other numbers will be displayed to Call. If you want to make a Calls on other number of same lead in case call didn't connected on Main number, click on the number you want to Call.
- The Respective Phone Number is called from the Mobile Sim Card.
- Update the Feedback once done with Call and Click on Next Call button.
- Click on Next Call to go with next number of Call List.
- To Pause the Call Click on Cancel Button.
- You can see the Report of Calls Done:
The mobile app simplifies the process by automatically suggesting the next number, ensuring no potential lead is left uncontacted.
