Can I reduce Call Delay between two calls?
You can reduce/increase a Time delay / Call delay between the Calls.
There are 2 ways for you to edit Call Delay.
Option 1 - Thru the Settings Section on the Android Mobile App

You can do this thru the Settings section in the Calley ACD Android App.
Go to Hamburger Menu > Settings > Call Delay to change the value.
Option 2 - Thru the Calling Mode Selection screen
As you click on the Start Calling button you are prompted with the screen to choose the Dialing Mode.
On this screen, you can change the Call Delay prior to selecting the calling mode.

The default value of Call Delay is set to 5 seconds, and it can increase or decrease that.
We recommend a minimum delay of 5 seconds for optimal performance on slower connections.
