Can I use Calley to make calls from my Computer?

Introduction

In Calley, while making calls using Mobile Phones is commonplace, what if you desire to initiate a call directly from your desktop? Well, the solution lies with Calley's latest feature enhancement.
Login to Calley Web Panel, lets initiate calls directly from your desktop while utilizing the connectivity of your Mobile App It's important to note that even though you're initiating the call from your desktop, the actual call execution takes place through the dedicated Calley Mobile app installed on your Android or iPhone device. Experience the freedom to dial numbers and connect with contacts right from your desktop, with the underlying efficiency and reliability of the Calley mobile application.
This functionality is available in Calley Personal, PRO and TEAMS subscriptions.

Step By Step Guide to call using Calley from your Desktop

Steps for Calley Personal 

  1. Log in to your web panel with your registered email id and password. 



  2. As you log in you are bought to Dashboard. Load a List which you want to call.



  3. Same time login with a same login credentials to the Calley Mobile App.



  4. As you load a list you can see all the numbers/leads uploaded. Click on the Dial button, Call will trigger from your mobile. Ensure that you have logged into the mobile app with the same credentials and you have an active internet connection.  



  5. After clicking on Dial, you will get a popup as Call Trigger Successfully. Click on Ok.



    Same time Call triggered on the Mobile Phone



  6. After Finishing a Call from Mobile app, Update the Feedback from your desktop. There are four options for you   
                     1. Redial: You call a same number again.
                     2. DND: You can put a number to the DND list
                     3. Save and Pause: You can save and pause a call.
                     4. Next Number: You can call to next number.



  7. You can see your reporting from your call list.



Steps for Calley PRO 

  1. Log in to your web panel with your registered email id and password. 



  2. As you log in you are bought to Dashboard. Load  a List which you want to call.



  3. Same time login with a same login credentials to the Calley Mobile App.



  4. As you load a list you can see all the numbers/leads uploaded. Click on the Dial button, Call will trigger from your mobile. Ensure that you have logged into the mobile app with the same credentials and you have an active internet connection.  



  5. After clicking on Dial, you will get a popup as Call Trigger Successfully. Click on Ok.

  3. Same time login with a same login credentials to the Calley Mobile App



  4. As you load a list you can see all the numbers/leads uploaded. Click on the Dial button, Call will trigger from your mobile. Ensure that you have logged into the mobile app with the same credentials and you have an active internet connection.
