How to create a New Calling List?
Introduction
There are 3 ways to create a new Calling list in the Calley Web Panel.
- Manual Mode - Add numbers manually in your calling list (available in Calley Personal, PRO and TEAMS Subscription).
- Bulk Import - Add numbers in Bulk using a CSV file with 3 records in your calling list (available in Calley Personal, PRO and TEAMS Subscription).
- Power Import - Add numbers using a CSV that supports up to 10 fields in a Calling List (available in Calley PRO and TEAMS Subscription).
Manual Mode
- Go to Call List, Give the name for Calling List, Then click on Proceed to Load Data
- Then click on Add Numbers Manually
- Provide the Name, Number of the person & Reason of the Call Then Click on submit. The number will be added to your Calling List
Bulk Import
- Go to Call List, Give the name for Calling List, Then click on Proceed to Load Data
- Then click on Add in Bulk
- Choose and upload your CSV file
- Click on OK. your file uploaded to calling List
Power Import
- Go to your Call List and Click on Power Import
- Choose your CSV file Then Click on Upload file
- Click on OK
- Match your fields then click on Import
- Then Click on OK your file will be uploaded to your Calling List
