In Calley Teams Subscription, a Team Admin can create a team and assign leads to the Calling Agents. In any  case you want to delete a agent account, Admin only have access to delete an agent.

Calling agent created by the Team Admin so Admin has all access of Web Panel. Admin can delete agent account if agent don't have any list assigned. In case any list assigned, that data need to shift for another agent after that Admin can delete agent account. If Admin delete agent account without shifting data, then you will not get a data back.
