How we get Floating Notes?
Floating notes is a great utility that can help an agent to take notes while on call with the lead.
To enable this option you will need to visit the Settings Area in the Calley Autodialer Mobile App.
Go to Hamburger Menu > Settings > Call Notes
Ensure this is enabled.
Once enabled a Floating box will be visible for all the calls made to the agent / caller.
As the notes are filled they are automatically available to the agent on the Post Call Feedback Screen to be saved along with the Lead Call Details.
