How to Enable the Custom Fields?

Custom fields in Calley let you rename and organize call list fields based on your needs. This feature is available for Calley Pro and Teams users, offering nine customizable fields that can be used while importing call lists or making calls. With custom fields, you can better manage customer information, making follow-ups and tracking easier. Follow the steps below to enable and edit custom fields in your Calley Web Panel.

Why Custom fields in Calley?

Custom fields in Calley help to customize the fields name as per user need in Call list. There are 9 custom fields available for Pro and Teams users not for Personal users. These fields are at your disposal when conducting a Power Import or when placing calls using the Calley App.

Step by Step guide to Enable the Custom fields in Calley

  1. Login to Calley Web Panel. Go to integration section, there is an Show Custom fields block , Click on Yes and submit. 



  2. Now your custom fields are enabled. Click on Edit Fields.



  3. As you click on Edit Fields, Custom Fields edit page will open. From here you can customize the name of fields as you wish.


  4. To update the custom field, Click on edit option the custom filed you want to update and update the field.



  5. You can see the updated fields here.


  6. Now you can use Power import for importing a call list using custom fields.



  7. Now you can use the custom fields for mapping.



  8. After Uploading a list, when you complete a call on post feedback page you can see these custom fields.
