How to Import a Leads in Calley?

Import a Leads in Calley

In Calley there are 4 different ways to create a new Calling list in the Web Panel.
  1. Standard Mode - Available only in Calley Personal Plan
  2. Power Import - Available to Calley PRO & Teams Users 
  3. Google Sheet Sync - Available to Calley PRO & Teams Users 
  4. Manual Data Entry  - Available to Calley Personal, PRO & Teams Users 

Standard Mode

Standard Import: This allows you to import 50 records in your panel at one time. (Available in Calley Personal)
Go to Call List>Standard Import, Give the name for Calling List, Then click on Import File.
 


Power Import Mode

Power Import: This allows you to import as much as 100,000 leads in your panel at one time. The list size is limited in Calley PRO is 2000 records and for Calley TEAMS is 10000 records. Hence the first 2000 leads for Pro and 10000 leads for TEAMS are assigned to you immediately while the rest are distributed thru an automatic scheduled assignment within 15-30 minutes cycle. (available in Calley PRO and TEAMS Subscription).

For the current guide, we proceed with the Power Import of leads by visiting the Top Link Bar > Call List > Add - Power Import.



Google Sheet Sync Mode

Google Sheet Import:  This allows you to create a Google Sheet and connect it to your panel. As and when there is a new data added to the Google Sheet it gets automatically synced with the list it is connected to. This allows you to import as much as 100,000 leads in your panel at one time. The list size is limited in Calley PRO is 2000 records and for Calley TEAMS is 10000 records. Hence the first 2000 leads for Pro and 10000 leads for TEAMS are assigned to you immediately while the rest are distributed thru an automatic scheduled assignment within 15-30 minutes cycle. 

For the current guide, we proceed with the Google Sheet Import of leads by visiting the Top Link Bar > Call List > Add - Google Sheet Import.



Click on the "Sign in with Google" button and enter your email and connect your Google Account. 





Once connected, you will get a dropdown of Sheets available in your Drive. Select the Sheet you want to Import. Give a Valid name for the list and click on Submit.



Manual Data Entry Mode

Manual Data Entry:  In this mode we can add a records manually in existing list. 

Login to Web Panel, Click on list view button



Click on Manually Button



Enter the Name, Number, Notes and Click on submit.
