Here we Integrate Calley with Pabbly in Two ways. 
  1.  Importing Leads from third party app to Calley
  2. Updating a Post Feedback activity from Calley to third party app
For guiding purpose I am using HubSpot as third party app

Step by Step guide Importing a Leads from third party app to Calley

  1. Login to Make.com.


  2. Click on create a new scenario.


  3. Select the HubSpot as a trigger and Get a contact from HubSpot.



  4. Now Run this module, you will get the details of selected contact.



  5. Now Select the Action as Calley.



  6. Connect your Calley Account and Mapp the fields.




  7. Run both the Modules.



  8. Turn on the toggle and schedule a scenario so as the new contact is a new contact is added on HubSpot  we can get same on Calley web panel.



  9. Login to Calley and Check the contact added or not.



Step by Step guide for Updating a Post Feedback activity from Calley to third party app

  1. Click on Create a Scenario.



  2. Select a Webhook and Create a Webhook. Copy the Webhook link and run the module. Paste that link on Calley.



  3. Go to Calley Integration section, Paste the Webhook link on webhook section and Submit.



  4. Make a Call on lead imported from HubSpot.



  5. As your call completed the webhook fetch the response.



  6. Now Select the trigger as HubSpot and get the contact ID of lead whose call activity you want to update.



  7. Now Select the Action as the HubSpot and Accept the permissions.



  8. Now Map the Fields.



  9. Run all the Modules. and Check the Output.



  10. Make the Schedule Toggle Button on.



  11. Check the Contact updated or not on the HubSpot.
