How to Make VOIP Calls from Calley PRO?

VOIP Calling from Calley PRO

Connect your Calley web panel to the Twilio VOIP where you can make a call from web panel.

  1. Login to Calley Web Panel. 

  2. Go to Integration Section and Click on Twilio VOIP Connect. 



  3. Go to setting page, add a details. For Set-up please watch this video.



  4. Once All details are added, select the Default Calling Mode as VOIP and Click on Save.



  5. Now Twilio VOIP Set-up is completed, Go to List and start making a Call.



  6. Click on Twilio VOIP dialer.



  7. Before triggering a Call it will check Country code is added or not with Mobile Number if not it will ask to add a country Code. If you want to add country code for only current calling number click on Prefix for current number button. If you want add same country code for entire list click on Prefix for whole list button.



  8. Call triggered pop up will come, Click on Ok.



  9. Once the Call is done Update the Feedback and go to next call or pause the call.



  10. Call Activity is Updated on Call List.
