How to Shift data from one agent to another?
Introduction
In Calley Team Subscription Admin will create a calling agents and assign a leads for them. If you want to shift a data of one agent to other then Admin can do that from Web panel. If Admin gave direct reporting of agents to the Team Leader then Team leader can shift the data of agents from his Web Panel.
Step-By-Step Guide for Shifting Agent Data
- Admin login to web panel with valid credentials
- After login, visit Team > Agents
- In Manage Agents panel select agent whose data need to shift and click on shift button
- Here you can shift the data from one agent to another agent in 4 ways.
a. All Data : Here you can share of all data of one agent to another agent
b. List : Here you can shift data list wise.
c. All Data According To Feedback : Here you can Shift all data according to feedback.
d. List According To Feedback : Here you can Shift all data of selected List with selected feedback.
- After submitting you will get a changes saved successfully message.
