How to Upload Leads in Calley Personal Plan?

Introduction

In Calley Personal Plan, we upload leads through Standard Import. Standard Import allows a maximum of 50 records to import with a maximum of 3 fields in a CSV/XLS/XLSX file.

Step-By-Step Guide to Upload Lead

  1. Login to Calley Personal Web Panel.



  2. As you log in you are bought to Dashboard. Go to Top Navigation Bar > Call List > Add - Standard Import



  3. On the Add List page, you need to provide a Valid Name for your Calling List and select a CSV / XLS / XLSX file to load the numbers. 



  4. There is no set format for the import file (CSV / XLS / XLSX), but in the Standard Import, we will need 3 fields. 



    1. Name - Name of the person you are calling (No Special Characters are allowed)
    2. Number - The number you are calling (only numbers are allowed along with + and -) 
    3. Notes - The reason why you are making this call which is shown to you when the call is initiated from the Mobile App (No Special Characters are allowed)

  5. Once the List is uploaded, you are bought to the field selection page, where you can map the fields in your file with the fields allowed by Calley Platform. 


  6. Calley Personal imports the top 50 Records of your calling list after removing duplicates. 



  7. You will see the numbers uploaded on the list after the import. 



    8. Your work in Calley Web Panel is done now.
    You can now head to the Calley Autodialer Mobile App and log in using the same credentials to make calls on the list uploaded.
