Call recording is a valuable feature for Calley Pro and Teams users, helping businesses monitor, analyze, and improve customer interactions. With Calley, you can record calls using three different methods—Calley’s built-in recorder, third-party call recording apps, or your phone’s native recorder. These recordings are automatically synced to Google Drive, allowing admins to access them from the Calley Web Panel. This guide will walk you through the different ways to enable call recording and manage your recordings effectively.
OPTION 1 - A recorder app created by Calley Itself.
The app records your calls, and as you connect it to a Google Drive account, it will sync the calls recorded to a folder on the same. Admin can hear that audio file on their panel.
OPTION 2 - Using a Third Party Call Recorder
If you are already using a third-party call recording app like ACR or Cube call recorder, etc. This sync’s your recorded calls with Google Drive; we can sync the same with your Calley Web Panel. Calls synced can be checked by Admin right from his web panel.
OPTION 3 - Using a Native recorder on the phone.
The utility should sync the folder where the calls are recorded with your Google Drive, which is then available to the Admin in his web panel.
Calley’s call recording feature ensures that every conversation is securely stored and easily accessible, helping businesses review calls, improve team performance, and maintain compliance. Whether you use Calley’s recorder, a third-party app, or a phone’s native recorder, the seamless Google Drive integration keeps all recordings organized in one place. Enable call recording today to enhance your call management and customer engagement!

P.S. - Calley is not an affiliate with any of the third-party providers, and we request you to do your due diligence before installing or using third-party apps.
