Integrating 1msg with Calley for SMS Automation

Reaching your customers quickly is important, and SMS is one of the best ways to do it. 1msg is an SMS service that lets you send text messages automatically. By linking 1msg with Calley, you can send SMS messages right from your Calley web panel. This helps you follow up with contacts, send reminders, and keep your communication smooth. What You Need Before You Start?

  1. A Calley Pro account or a Calley Teams account (Only the Team Admin can set up the integration for Teams users; this feature is not available for Calley Personal users).

  2. A 1msg account with API access.

  3. Your 1msg API Key (found in your 1msg dashboard).

Setup and Sending SMS from 1MSG API

  1. As you log in, you will be redirected to the Dashboard.



  2. Navigate to Messages > SMS/WhatsApp and click on Message API Integration.



  3. Click on 1MSG Message Profile.



  4. To get the API URL and API Key, log in to your 1msg Panel. Navigate to Channels.



  5. Click on the Active Channel.



  6. Copy the API URL and API Key.



  7. Click on the Active checkbox and enter the API URL and API Key, then Click on Save.



  8. Now, the 1msg Message Profile is active.



  9. Ensure that a Message Template is created.



  10. To send SMS, Navigate to Call List and click on Manage Existing Call List. ( If you are in Calley Teams once the Setup is done Login to Team Agent Panel to send SMS)



  11. Click on the List Name to open the Call List.



  12. Click on the Dialer of the number you want to make a Call.



  13. If the phone number does not contain a country code, you will be prompted to enter one.



  14. The call will be triggered from the Mobile App. Click on Ok.



  15. Once the call is completed, select the Message Template and click on the Blue Icon.



  16. Click on Send. The message will be sent on WhatsApp.



  17. Message sent successfully. Click on OK.



  18. To pause the call, click on the Save and Pause button.



  19. You can view the Call Reporting for details.
