List-Wise Report on Calley

The List-Wise Report is a powerful tool that provides in-depth insights into your calling campaigns. It helps you track activity, measure outcomes, and optimize your campaigns for better results. How to Access the List-Wise Report

  1. Login to Calley Web Panel.



  2. As you login you are redirected to Calley Dashboard. 



  3. Hover over the Call List menu in the navigation bar and Click on Manage Existing List.



  4. Select the list name for which you want to view the report. The report will open, displaying all relevant details and metrics for that specific list.



Features of the List-Wise Report

1. Call List Details

  • List Name: Displays the name of the selected call list.
  • Agents (Teams Panel Only): Shows the agents assigned to the list for collaboration.
  • Creation Date: Indicates when the list was created, helping track the timeline of campaigns.
  • Add Numbers:
    • Manually: Add individual numbers for focused calling.
    • In Bulk: Upload multiple numbers at once to streamline the process.
  • Data Management Tools:
    • Distribute to Agents (Teams Panel): Allocate numbers to agents for efficient calling.
    • Redistribute Leads (Teams Panel): Reassign leads among agents as needed.
    • Clear All Data: Reset the list for reuse or cleanup.
    • Export to Excel: Download the report in Excel format for detailed offline analysis.
    • Remove DND Numbers: Filter out numbers registered on the "Do Not Disturb" list to ensure compliance.
    • Remove Duplicates: Eliminate duplicate entries to maintain data integrity.

  • No. of Calls (Pie Chart): Summarizes the number of calls made for easy analysis.

Pro Panel (Enhanced Metrics):

  • Feedback Summary: Breaks down call feedback (e.g., Interested, Not Interested) in a visual format.

Teams Panel (Advanced Metrics):

  • Agent-Wise Call Metrics:
    • Calls Made by Agent: Shows the number of calls completed by each agent.
    • Call Duration by Agent: Highlights the time spent by each agent on calls.
    • Agent Feedback Summary: Summarizes call feedback collected by each agent.
