Setting Up Calley Agent Account

In Calley Teams Subscription, a Team Admin can create a team and assign leads to the Calling Agents.

  1.  Admin will log in to Calley Web Panel with valid credentials.




  2. As you log in as a Team Admin, you need to create Agents to assign them leads to call. 
    To create agents visit Top Link Bar > Team > Agents



  3. After Team creation, proceed to import a call list.
    There are two different ways you can import the leads into your panel, i.e. Power Import and Google Sheet Sync.
    For the current guide, we proceed with the Power Import of leads by visiting the Top Link Bar > Call List > Add - Power Import



  4. On the Add List page, you must provide a valid name for your calling list,
    select a CSV / XLS / XLSX file to load the leads, 
    and select agents to whom you want to assign these leads.



  5. You are taken to the fields mapping page when the file is uploaded successfully. Here you can see a sample set of records loaded and select the fields you want them to be mapped into. 



  6. Select the respective fields and perform a final data import on your Calley Web Panel.
    Calley will automatically filter duplicates at the time of import and assign the leads to selected agents. 



  7. You will see the leads uploaded on the list after the import. Power Import allows you to simultaneously upload as many as 100,000 leads and distribute them to the calling agents. The first lot of 10,000 leads is distributed instantly, while the balance is delivered on a schedule within 15-30 minutes. 



  8. Login to Mobile App using the same username and password that you used to create an agent.



  9. Upon login, the agent will be presented on a screen where with options to Skip & Go to Dashboard (Link to next step in the Auto Dialling Process)



  10. If the agent has installed the app for the first time, it will ask to provide permissions (in Android).
    The agent can follow the steps and click on Get Started Now.



  11. The agent can are now on the Main Dashboard on the mobile app, where you must click the "Start Calling Now" button. 



  12. Click on Continue



  13. It will show you the list you created in the Web Panel, and you can click on the arrow to download the same on the mobile app.



  14. Agent can now click on the "Start Calling" button.



  15. The app will prompt the agent to choose the calling mode and dial the first pending number from the list. 



  16. Once the call is finished, the app will prompt the agent to put Feedback on the Post Call Feedback page 




    The agent will have following options.

    1. Feedback - Here, you can select for Call Dispositions that you created in the Web Panel.
    2. SMS Template  - You can choose SMS Template if you wish to leave an SMS / Whatsapp message at the end of the call. 
    3. Email Template - You can choose an email template to email the lead at the end of the call.
    4. Reschedule Your Call - You can set up a schedule for calling the lead again; the app will remind you of the same.  
    5. Call Notes - You can put notes for the call done for future reference. 

  17. Once filled, you have three options at the bottom of the Post Call Feedback screen.



    1. Call Again - It will redial the same number for you. 
    2. Mark as DND - It will mark the number as DND in your panel, and the same will be filtered from future calls. 
    3. Next Call - It will save the notes you have filled in and dial the next call for you. 

  18. You can continue calling and updating notes for the list loaded. Calley ACD app will automatically take care of notes synced with the Web Panel so you can see reports in the panel too.
