Understanding Calley Team Structure
Introduction to Calley Teams
Calley TEAMS Plan allows you to create a team and assign numbers to AutoDial from your Android and iOS phone. It is a perfect Call Centre Software for your Outbound Calling Teams. You, as admin, log in to the web-based secure panel to upload, distribute and manage data, while your agents can log in to the mobile app to call on the leads assigned to them.

Note: As Team Admin or Team Leader, you will not be able to login to Calley Mobile App, while as an Agent doing calls, you will have access only to the Mobile App, not the Web Panel.
Step-by-Step Guide to Create a Team
Admin login to web panel with valid credentials.

- After Login to dashboard there is an option call Team on Top bar navigation. Click on Team, There are two options for you Team Lead and Agents

- We proceed to Create a Team Lead. Enter valid email, Phone Number, Name, set a password.

- To create a Calling Agents visit Top Link Bar > Team > Agents

- We proceed to Create a Team of Calling Agents. Enter valid email, Phone Number, Name, set a password and Select a lead to whom you want to assign.

- Calling Agents - These agents call the assigned leads in the calling list.
- Team Leader - Calley allows Team Admin to assign a Team leader to a group of calling agents so that the team leader from his panel can also see the direct reporting of these agents.
