Voice Blast Setup on Calley PRO
This guide explains Setup and Calling of Voice Blast on Calley PRO Panel. This feature is available only for users Calley Pro Subscription.
- Log in to the Web Panel.
Access the Calley Web Panel at https://app.getcalley.com using your registered email and password.
- As soon as you log in, you will be directed to the Colley PRO dashboard.
To enable the Voice Blast Integration, click on "Integration" in the top navigation bar.
On the Integration Page, scroll down to find the Twilio Voice Blast Section and enable it by clicking on Connect.
- When you click Connect, you will be redirected to the Voice Blast Setting Page where you can enter the required details.
- To Enter the Required Details log in to your Twilio Account and Copy Account SID, Auth Token and the Twilio Phone Number from the Twilio Panel.
- After updating all the details, click on the Submit button.
- Click on OK.
- Once the Voice Blast Setup is complete, you need to create a new campaign. Click on the Create Campaign Page to begin.
- Enter the required details. Please make sure to:
> Provide the campaign name.
> Choose the calling list on which you would like to run the campaign.
> Upload an audio file in MP3, MPEG, or WAV format that is less than 10 MB in size to run the campaign.
> Set up feedback for:
- Users who answered the call and pressed one.
- Users who answered the call but did not press one.
- Users for whom the call did not connect.
> Once the feedback is set up, click on the "Save" button.
- Before creating the campaign, Calley will confirm whether the list you selected contains mobile numbers with country codes. If it does, click on 'Yes.' If not, upload the calling list with country codes and use it for the Voice Blast Campaign.
- The campaign has been created successfully. Please click Ok.
- The campaign has been created and is currently in a paused status.
- To Run the Campaign change the Status to Running by Clicking on the Start button.
- Click on Ok.
Now the campaign is in "running" status. The calls are now being triggered on each number one by one.
- Now Campaign Status changed to Completed. Click here to view the details of the campaign.
- Now you can see the Feedback updated against each number as you set the campaign.
- To view the Voice Blast Report, hover over Reports and click on Voice Blast Report.
- Click on View.
- You can see the Reporting of the Campaign.
