VOIP Setup on Calley PRO
This guide explains Setup and Calling of VOIP on Calley PRO Panel. This feature is available for users with Calley Pro and Teams subscriptions.
- Log in to the Web Panel.
Access the Calley Web Panel at https://app.getcalley.com using your registered email and password. After logging in, you will be redirected to the Calley PRO dashboard. Click on Integration.
Scroll down to the Twilio VOIP option, Click on Connect button.
- Enter all details by referring to your Twilio Panel. Once all details are filled, click on the Save button.
- Click on OK.
- Click on Dashboard.
- Now Calling Mode is Mobile, To change it to VOIP Click on Mobile.
- Change it to VOIP and Click on Submit
- Click on OK.
- Hover over the Call List and Click on Manage Existing Lists.
- Click on the List name you want to make a Call.
- You will now see all the numbers in the selected list. Click the VOIP Dialer button next to the number you wish to call from the browser.
- Click on "OK".
A call will be made directly from the panel. Once the call is completed, click the Hang Up Call button to disconnect.
- Once you finish the call, please update the feedback. As a Colley PRO subscriber, you can provide feedback, and send SMS, WhatsApp messages, and emails. You also have the option to reschedule the call and update call notes. Click on the orange button to save your changes and pause the call.
- Click on OK.
- Now you can see the reporting of the number you called.
