VOIP Setup and Calling on Calley Teams

This guide explains Setup and Calling of VOIP on Calley Teams Admin Panel and Making VOIP Calls from Team Agent Panel. First we will start the VOIP Setup on Calley Teams Admin Panel.

VOIP Set Up on Calley Teams Admin Panel.

  1.  Log in to the Team Admin Web Panel.
    Access the Calley Web Panel at https://app.getcalley.com using your registered email and password.


  2. After logging in, you will be redirected to the Calley Team Admin dashboard. Click on Integration.


  3. Scroll down to the Twilio VOIP option, Click on Connect button.


  4. Enter all details by referring to your Twilio Panel. Once all details are filled, click on the Save button.


  5. VOIP Line is created, In a Colley Teams subscription, you can create multiple VOIP Lines. Now, change the default calling mode for particular agents you want to call from VOIP.



  6. Click the edit button for the Agent whose calling mode you want to change.


  7. Change the calling mode to VOIP and select the Twilio profile. Click on Save Changes.


  8. Click on OK.


  9. Now the calling mode has changed to VOIP. The next step is for the agent to login to their panel and start VOIP calling.


VOIP Calling from Team Agent Panel

  1. Login to Team Agent Panel.


  2. As you log in you are redirected to Dashboard.


  3. Hover over the Call List and Click on View Existing Lists.


  4. Click on the List name you want to make a Call.


  5. Now you can view the numbers in the list. Click the VOIP dialer button for the number you wish to call from the VOIP. 


  6. Click on "OK".


  7. A call is initiated from the panel. Once the call is completed, click the "Hang Up Call" button to disconnect.


  8. Once you finish the call, please update the feedback. As a Calley Team Agent, you can provide feedback, and send SMS, WhatsApp messages, and emails. You also have the option to reschedule the call and update call notes. Click on the orange button to save your changes and pause the call.


  9. Click on OK.


  10. Now you can see the reporting of the number you called.
