Cancelled Calls in Calley
In Calley, we offer the Cancelled Call feature, which allows you to manage your calls effectively. When reaching out to a lead, if they happen to be occupied and request a callback at a later time, you can easily reschedule the call. In the event that the lead either contacts you or you initiate a call with them, but they express disinterest during or after the conversation, you can mark the call disposition as "Not Interested." This action automatically moves the lead to the list of Cancelled Calls, ensuring proper organization and follow-up procedures. This functionality available for Calley PRO and Teams users.
How to put a number in Cancelled Call?
- In Mobile App go to scheduled list, Click on Dial
- After Call done, make a feedback as Not Interested.
- Login to Web Panel, Go to Top Navigation Bar>Cancelled calls, Check the number is added or not
- Report of Cancelled Calls
