What is Power Import?

Introduction

We built Power Import Feature to solve 3 purposes.
  1. To do away with any said format of a CSV file.
  2. To allow a user to add more than 3 fields in the import.
  3. To allow a user/team admin to upload up to 100,000 numbers in a single file.
Power Import can support up to 15 fields in your CSV file.

How to do a Power Import

Power Import is available to Calley PRO & TEAMS subscribers only.
  1. To use Power Import you need to login to your web panel with valid credentials.



  2. As you Login proceed with the Power Import of leads by visiting the Top Link Bar > Call List > Add - Power Import.
     
     


  3. On the Add List page, you must provide a Valid Name for your Calling List, select a CSV / XLS / XLSX file to load the leads and select agents to whom you want to assign these leads. 



  4. There is no set format for the import file (CSV / XLS / XLSX), but in the Power Import, we will need a minimum of 3 fields, i.e. Name, Number & Notes though you can add more fields and map them to the respective section on the fields mapping page. 



    1. Name - Name of the person you are calling (No Special Characters are allowed)
    2. Number - The number you are calling (only numbers are allowed along with + and -) 
    3. Notes - Reason why you are making this call which is shown to you when the call is initiated from the Mobile App (No Special Characters are allowed)

  5. On the fields mapping page, you can see a sample set of records loaded and select the fields you want them to be categorized or mapped into.
     


  6. Select the respective fields and perform a final data import on your Calley Web Panel. Calley will automatically filter duplicates at the time of import and assign the leads to selected agents. 



  7. You will see the numbers uploaded on the list after the import. If you have imported more than 10000 records, they will be assigned in 15-30 minutes.
